Are you a bandsaw beginner? Do you struggle with tuning up your own bandsaw at home? Join us for a comprehensive guide to this woodworking tool that can accomplish things virtually nothing else can, including curved cuts and slicing thick stock into thinner boards. You will also make a push stick to keep!
We’ll dive into the anatomy of the bandsaw and how to adjust it for peak performance. You’ll also learn a variety of cutting techniques and get hands-on experience with making cuts safely and effectively.
In addition, you’ll get an overview of blade types, and how to choose the right blade for the work you’ll be doing. Finally, the class will cover changing a bandsaw blade and making the critical adjustments needed for perfect alignment and cuts.
