Want to know a secret? No board is truly flat until you square it. In this class we'll show you how to use the jointer, planer and table saw to flatten and square your lumber in three dimensions for better results in your projects. You'll also learn how to gauge whether a board is too twisted, cupped or bowed to be squared effectively. 

Squaring up lumber is an essential woodworking skill. This class is strongly recommended for anyone interested in going on to build furniture, boxes, and anything else that requires square surfaces for joints.
