Class details
Do you have a crochet lover on your gift list? Make them handles for a pair of crochet hooks! This is a great first project for the beginning woodturner. We'll provide the hardware for two common sizes of hooks, and you'll make the handles on the lathe out of your choice of provided hardwoods.
Some turning experience is helpful, but not required.
Face shields are provided. Dust masks are recommended.
Class fee: $75
Materials fee: $15
DRESS CODE
- Wear a closed-collar or high-necked shirt or jacket to keep shavings out
- Closed-toe, slip resistant shoes or boots required; prepare to stand for 2-3 hours.
- Tie back long hair/beards. No drawstrings, scarves, or other dangling items. NO jewelry on hands.
