PREREQUISITE: Intro to Woodturning class or recent basic experience with the lathe.
In this four-part course, go beyond the basics of spindle turning and venture into techniques to create bowls and platters. You'll learn the tools and accessories used in bowl turning such as chucks, faceplates, and bowl gouges, along with the process of rounding a rough blank into shape inside and out.
