Join us for a workshop on carving wooden spoons from hardwood using both traditional and power carving techniques. Participants will have the opportunity to use a variety of tools, including a bandsaw, belt and disc sanders, as well as hand tools like carving gouges, drawknives, and spokeshaves. The finished spoons will be treated with food-safe oil.
Children aged 10-17 are welcome to attend with a parent or guardian, and each participant will create their own spoon. If you plan to bring more than one child, please contact us directly before registering.
