The table saw is fundamental to woodworking, yet it can be one of the most intimidating tools in the shop. This class aims to build your confidence and skills in safely operating this essential power tool and exploring its versatility, with a generous amount of hands-on experience.
In Part 1, we will cover:
Understanding machine controls and basic operation.
Selecting the right blades for different tasks.
Performing rip cuts (with the grain).
Performing crosscuts (across the grain).
Basic table saw maintenance for home users.
