Shop Orientation class or some table saw experience is strongly recommended.
When assembling a woodworking project, you have a variety of options for joining the pieces. But which technique will give it the right structure? Which methods can also enhance the visual appeal? Explore the different techniques for constructing furniture, boxes, and more -- without hardware -- in our Joinery Series.
Each session will focus on a specific technique for wood joinery.
Miters and butt joints
Lap joints
Dados and rabbets
Box joints
Mortise & tenon and bridle joints
Dovetails, cut by router. In this session, you'll build a tool tote.
Class meets Sundays, Jan. 25 to March 1, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Register here to attend all six sessions, or you may enroll in individual sessions a la carte from the full class calendar.
