Class details

PREREQUISITE: Intro to Woodturning or basic, recent woodturning experience. Please attend an Intro to Woodturning class if you have never used a lathe.

Now that you've learned some basic woodturning techniques, it's time to make your first project! Honeydippers are a fun and easy spindle turning project that doesn't require an additional hardware kit.

Face shields are provided. Dust masks are recommended.

DRESS CODE

- Wear a closed-collar or high-necked shirt or jacket to keep shavings out

- Closed-toe, slip resistant shoes or boots required; prepare to stand for up to 3 hours.

- Tie back long hair/beards. No drawstrings, scarves, or other dangling items. NO jewelry on hands.
