PREREQUISITE: Intro to Woodturning
Did you know you can make a box on the lathe? In this single session, learn to turn a single hardwood blank into an eye-catching box with a fitted lid. This is a great intermediate project for those still a little new to woodturning.
Face shields are provided. Dust masks are recommended.
Class fee: $75
Materials fee: $25
DRESS CODE
- Wear a closed-collar or high-necked shirt or jacket to keep shavings out
- Closed-toe, slip resistant shoes or boots required; prepare to stand for 2-3 hours.
- Tie back long hair/beards. No drawstrings, scarves, or other dangling items. NO jewelry on hands.
