PREREQUISITE: Intro to Woodturning class or recent basic experience with the lathe.
THIS IS A TWO-PART CLASS, meeting both June 25 and 27.
Ready for a more advanced woodturning experience? Make a peppermill for a beautiful addition to your kitchen or a lovely gift. You'll learn how to use a Jacob's chuck for drilling on the lathe, options for shaping your mill, and how to assemble the grinder hardware.
Face shields are provided in class; dust masks are recommended (not provided). Wear a high-necked shirt or smock to keep shavings out. You must be able to stand for most of the class time.
